Raymond joined the PhD program at DeGroote in September 2011. His thesis explored the diversity of religious and spiritual beliefs in the workplace, and was recognized as one of the most promising by the Management, Spirituality and Religion group of the Academy of Management. Raymond also conducted research about the influence of moral beliefs on perception of leaders and ethical objectives in HR assessment, later publishing his work in Business Ethics: A European Review. Raymond’s research has been adapted into articles for various media, and was awarded funding through the Ontario Graduate Scholarship program and the Canadian Centre for Ethics and Corporate Policy. While at DeGroote, Raymond taught undergraduate-level organizational behaviour.
