Professor Medcof specializes in the management of innovation and new technology. His research interests include leadership in high technology firms, expeditionary leadership, and global technology management. He teaches courses on technology management and organizational behaviour.

Professional Activities
Professor Medcof’s research on technology management, leadership and organizational behaviour has been published in such journals as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of High Technology Management Research, R&D Management, Research Technology Management, Business Horizons, Long Range Planning, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Human Relations. Dr. Medcof has a global profile having taught in England, France, Germany and China and delivered research papers in those countries plus Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the US. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada and the Academy of International Business.
