Area of Expertise
Dr. Pujari·s research focuses on new product development with special emphasis on environmental product innovation and performance. His research interests include stakeholder perspective in environmental product innovation, stage-gate activities in NPD and also customer involvement in new service development. His research experience stems from his work in UK, Germany, Canada and India. Dr. Pujari·s other research interests include service orientation, self-service technology encounters among B2B and e-services. He has taught courses such as New Products, and Service Marketing in MBA, executive MBA and in-company MBA.

Dr. Pujari's research has been published (or in press) in journals such as Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, Journal of Euro Marketing and others. Dr. Pujari has also won best paper award for his research as well as external funding. He is a member of American Marketing Association and European Marketing Academy. He advises and consults with companies in the area of new product development and marketing.
