Dr. D. Wayne Taylor is an internationally recognized educator, consultant, facilitator and keynote speaker in the areas of health policy, strategic management, governance, quality management, and business- government relations. He has over thirty years' of experience working with managers in long-term care, acute care, public health and health policy planning.

Professional Activities
Dr. Taylor has served as the first and only Director of the M.B.A. Programme in Health Services Management since 1986. Before joining McMaster that year he worked in both the private and public sectors. A highly regarded instructor, Dr. Taylor has been named 'Professor of the Year' a record five times. He has chaired and served on a number of Boards of Directors, and is currently Chairman of the national Strategic Steering Committee on Health Care Technology. President of his own private consulting practice, Dr. Taylor's clients include many of the leading health care organizations, governments, and Fortune 1000 companies in Canada, the United States and Europe.
