Dr. Milena Head specializes in electronic commerce and human-computer interaction. Her research interests include trust and privacy in electronic commerce, mobile commerce, interface design, technology adoption, online retailing, and web navigation.

Professional Activities
Dr. Milena Head is a faculty director for the World Congress on the Management of Electronic Business, and a director of the McMaster eCase Competition. An accomplished researcher, Dr. Head has published over 55 papers in respected academic journals, books and conferences. She has been published in International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, Interacting with Computers, Group Decision and Negotiation, Internet Research, Human Systems Management, Quarterly Journal of Electronic Commerce, International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management, Journal of Business Strategies, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, among others. Dr. Head received the Basu Teaching Award in 2002, awarded to the best professor in the MBA program. She has been actively involved in the supervision of students at undergraduate, masters and doctoral levels. Dr. Head also has been a guest editor and editorial board member for many academic journals and conferences.
