Application Procedures

Applications for the Academic year starting September 2012 are now closed.

For the Academic year starting September 2013, the application will go on-line in August 2012.

The PhD program at the DeGroote School of Business has a two-stage application process, beginning with the completion of a preliminary application form. This one page form asks for preliminary information only and does not require any additional documentation such as transcripts, references, etc. There is no fee for this initial application.

Upon receiving the preliminary application, we will review the information provided to determine if you qualify to submit a formal application package. If so, we will contact you by email with instructions on how to proceed.

This second stage will require official transcripts from all previous degrees, two Confidential Referee Reports, Official GMAT or GRE scores sent directly from the testing center, a current resume, as well as the completion of our on-line application form. Applicants that have not completed a university degree in English are also required to provide a valid TOEFL or IELTS test score, sent directly from the testing centre.

There is a $100 (CAN) administration fee when submitting a formal application.
