Anna Sadovnikova
Anna joined the DeGroote PhD Program in September 2010. Her primary research interests are in innovation and new product development and marketing strategy for small and medium-sized entrepreneurial companies.
Before coming to McMaster, Anna worked for international and national companies in Russia, participated in industry research projects and assisted in several academic research studies. She also provided informational and organizational assistance in "Doing business in North America and getting a business degree in North America" courses within the framework of the Educational Academy of Pacific Ocean Countries (Moscow, Russia, 2007).

Saeed Shekari 
Saeed Shekari
Saeed joined the PhD program at the DeGroote School of Business in September 2010. His fields of interest are innovation, strategic management and marketing.
Professional Activities
Saeed has spent several years working in the automotive industry. His fields of expertise range from specific skills in the automotive design process to strategy formulation and implementation in innovative firms. He is a co-founder of an engineering firm, where he could offer different solutions to automotive industry.
Saeed has actively pursued strategic management and marketing in both his professional and academic careers.
