Throughout the month of May, Innovation Factory is hosting a number of events. Below, find a snapshot of upcoming events:

  • Creating a Memorable Customer Experience

Why is customer experience important?

A memorable customer experience can attract new customers and turn returning customers into champions for your business. This experience should be built from three key pillars: People, Technology, and Design.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use these pillars to create a seamless experience that encourages customer loyalty. Entrepreneurs, marketers, leaders, and community members are invited to join us for this informative session with key takeaways to improve your customer relations.

When: Wednesday, May 17 (11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

  • MaRS Entrepreneur’s Toolkit: Business Model Canvas

In this two-part workshop series, you will use Steve Blank’s methodology and Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas to validate your business model. By the end of the series, you will be able to design and validate your own business model.
