Ali joined the PhD program in September 2018. Prior to this, she worked in recruitment in the public sector where she supported full-cycle recruitment and selection for both union and non-union roles. She completed her Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and HR from the University of Toronto.
