From the Greensuits Leadership Team,

As many of you know, Welcome Week is a unique and special program focused on facilitating the first-year transition and experience of coming to McMaster. In DeGroote, Welcome Week is highly facilitated by Greensuits, who are the smiling faces that share their experiences with first-years students, and make our school feel like home. As your Greensuits Leadership Team, we are excited to shape and build that experience for Welcome Week 2022 and the class of 2025. Through our pillars of Transparency, Communication, and Growth & Development, as well as the opportunity to champion the first-year experience through new and old traditions, we are looking to shape the legacy of DeGroote by fostering our new cohort of students.

Now, it’s your time to be the legacy. Lead the legacy.

We are looking for a diverse group of driven, kind, and passionate students to join our team and welcome in the class of 2025. As a Greensuit, you would bring the passionate and welcoming energy to DeGroote and McMasters orientation activities through the summer and all of Welcome Week, with the opportunity to mentor students in the 2022-2023 academic year.

How can you get involved?

Applications close Saturday, March 19 at 11:59 p.m. (ET). You can find the application on the DCS website under “Get Involved”

We are excited to meet you all, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to greensuits@degrootecommerce.ca.
