Academic Advising During May Review

From May 6 until the end of the month (May 31), the Academic office will be reviewing student grades and results for the year in order to determine each student’s eligibility to graduate or continue in the program.

If you need to meet with an Academic Advisor, please visit us in DSB 112 before the end of day on May 3. Appointments are available on OSCARplus, or the Academic Advisors are available every Monday to Friday for 15-minute drop-in appointments from 1-4 p.m.

There will be no drop-in or appointments with Academic Advisors during the May review period. The office will remain open and we will only be seeing students for matters related to summer courses.

Questions related to your grades or courses from the Fall/Winter will be addressed once the reviewing period is over.

Thank you for your understanding during this highly critical time where we ensure the validity of each student’s grades and record.

We wish you the best of luck on your exams!
