Excitement is building for students who are beginning their final academic term. Here is what you can expect:

  • Applying to Graduate: It’s important that you DO NOT “Apply to Graduate” in Mosaic. We are in the process of reviewing student records and will update your status to “Eligible to Graduate” in the coming weeks.
    • You can check your status in mid-November and let us know if you do not see “Eligible” in your Graduation Status effective Winter 2023.
  • Log into Mosaic and confirm that your Academic Plan (specialization) is correct. If not, please submit a Graduate Studies eForm in Mosaic to request a plan change.
  • The convocation ceremony will take place in mid-June (exact details TBA). All information regarding the ceremony, final degrees and final transcripts are managed centrally through the Office of the Registrar. This information is normally available at the end of the fall term and into the winter term.
  • Information regarding the MBA ring (FT & Co-op Students) and graduation photos will be available from the MBA Student Association later this term. Please contact them directly with any questions.
  • Continue to read the MBA weekly bulletin and check your email for messages from the Office of the Registrar throughout this term and into the Winter term. Instructions will be provided regarding registering to attend the ceremony, ordering guest tickets and arranging delivery of your degree if you do not plan to attend.
