Small actions – big impact!

On Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will donate towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for every

  • applicable text, call, tweet and TikTok video that uses #BellLetsTalk
  • social media video view
  • use of Bell’s Facebook frame or Snapchat lens

On Bell Let’s Talk Day, let’s make every one of these actions count.

What else can you do?
Stop, Breath and Assess – How are you doing? Do you need talk? Reach out for help! Visit the MBA Wellness website.

Don’t forget to check in on those around you. Is there someone in your circle that is struggling? Open up a conversation and offer support by active listening, meaningful suggestions on how to move forward and locating help.

Let’s end stigma around mental health!
