Feeling a little overwhelmed? Looking for a safe and confidential space to ask questions or express your thoughts and feelings?

Join the conversation on Jan. 28 with Bell Let’s Talk Day. At DeGroote and McMaster University, we are dedicated to supporting and fostering the mental well-being of our students.

To help support you, DeGroote’s Wellness Counsellor, Deena Dulabh, will be available on Thursday, January 28 for private 15-minute appointments from:

  • 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (EST)
  • 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (EST)

Take this opportunity to say hi to Deena, ask a quick self-care question, or learn more about her services. To book a 15-minute slot, email mbastudentwellbeing@gmail.com.

New: MBAA Student Wellness Ambassador

We are also excited to welcome Mikeal Berehun as the first MBAA Student Wellness Ambassador! Mikeal is a 2nd year MBA Coop student with a passion for self-care and building an inclusive community. Mikeal is excited to take actions to reduce the stigma towards mental health and ensure DeGroote students can stay connected during the virtual semester Please reach out to Mikeal at berehums@mcmaster.ca if you have any suggestions for future wellness activities.
