Enterprise Client Relationship Management (ECRM) platform will be CIBC’s key client relationship management tool used across the bank to support deeper, more personalized, and meaningful conversations with direct benefits across our enterprise-wide client ecosystems. CIBC has chosen Salesforce.com as the technology platform for this tool; this project is intended to further strengthen relationships with their clients. You can be a part of this transformation journey from inception to delivery and develop expertise in Salesforce.com and Azure native PaaS technologies while helping CIBC build an industry leading CRM ecosystem from scratch. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Azure/Cloud based technologies are highly sought-after skills in the IT landscape today as they are foundational pillars that underlay the Digital Transformation of many enterprises!
