Credit Suisse Steps to Success: Explore Program

The Credit Suisse Steps to Success: Explore Program offers first-year undergraduates identifying as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+, among others an introduction to Credit Suisse and the financial services industry.

How it works: 

  • This multi-year virtual program provides training, mentorship, and networking opportunities through a series of virtual events, speaker sessions, and roundtable discussions.   Students will also be mentored by Credit Suisse employees who can guide them through their career exploration.
  • Takes place from the beginning of the first-year spring semester through the end of the summer, with two events per month. If you are selected, the first event will start on January 28, 2021.
  • Participants will be invited to apply to our Connect program following completion of Explore.
