During this busy time of term with so many deadlines looming, how do you find purpose and stick to your goals?

Join Open Circle’s drop-in sessions to gain tools and ideas on staying motivated during online school and try mindfulness practices to gaining energy and keep a bigger perspective. Learn to support yourself with compassion while following through on your commitments. Learn from each other in a judgement-free atmosphere of respect with no pressure to share.

Drop-in session dates & times (EST):

  • Mindful Mornings:
    • Monday, November 16 at 9:00-9:20 a.m.
  • Creativity Circle:
    • Monday, November 16 at 3:30-4:20 p.m.
  • Body Mind Spirit Circle:
    • Wednesday, November 18 at 4:30-5:20 p.m.
  • Meditation Circle:
    • Friday, November 20 at 12:30-1:20 p.m.
  • Weekend Wind Down:
    • Friday, November 20 at 5:00-5:20 p.m.
