Congratulations to those that are in their final term of the program!

What you need to know:

  • MBA students do not need to “Apply for Graduation” in Mosaic
  • The Academic Advisement report in Mosaic is intended primarily for undergraduate students and does not apply to MBA students.
  • Ensure that your address is always up to date in Mosaic as mail will be sent to your home address
    • Keep this in mind if you are relocating before June
  • Towards the end of the term, you will need to go into Mosaic to complete the “Graduation Information Online Form”
    • System is currently set up for students graduating in November only
  • Log into your Mosaic Student Center to ensure that your plan (specialization) is correct
    • A General MBA does need to be declared
    • If you see Year 1, Year 1 Co-op, Accelerated or if you wish to change your specialization, you need to submit an e-form to request a change
  • Convocation ceremony will take place on June 14, 2022
  • Students that require a letter of completion, can email the request to askmba@mcmaster.ca after all final grades have been posted in Mosaic
    • Be sure to include your student number and full name
  • Plan a celebration with family and friends – you have worked hard and this is a major accomplishment!

Continue to check your McMaster email (and check spam folders) throughout the Winter for important information from the university.
