- Career Mentors (CMs) are student employees with Career and Professional Development (CPD) who assist with many facets of career services. Perhaps most apparently, CMs work with the CPD team in supporting students registered in the BCom with Internship program and Commerce 2IN0 through peer reviews of resumes and cover letters, networking and interview simulations, and mentorship.
