Postponed shipments, empty store shelves, microchip shortages and furniture delays. Today’s consumer has been at the forefront of a supply chain system that is under immense stress. The question we all have is: how does this affect me?

Joined by Dr. Elkafi Hassini, Professor, Operations Management, they will explore topics including:

  • How the pandemic has magnified existing stresses in global supply chains
  • How economic growth and inflation are impacted by supply chain crisis
  • How consumer behaviour both positively and negatively influence supply chains
  • A forecast of what consumers can expect in 2022 and beyond

This webinar and discussion will be moderated by Dean, Khaled Hassanein, and will feature an interactive audience question and answer session.
