MBA Convocation Ceremony | June 14

| May 6, 2022
Submitted by Carolyn & Maddy for Student Experience - Academic

Congratulations to the class of 2022!

Convocation details about the ceremony, degree distribution and final transcripts are managed centrally at McMaster through the Office of the Registrar. Please continue to monitor the Convocation website for updates as well as your McMaster email account and contact them directly if you have any questions.

While DeGroote Student Experience is not involved in the planning process, here is what we know:

  • The MBA Convocation ceremony is on June 14 at 2:30 p.m at the First Ontario Center Concert Hall in Hamilton
  • MBA Students DO NOT Apply for Graduation
  • You must complete the Graduation Center Online Form to confirm details for degree and order guest tickets for the ceremony
  • Confirm that your mailing address is up-to-date in your Mosaic Student Center
  • Your Graduation Status in Mosaic will currently show “Eligible”. Your Academic Advisors have now reviewed all student records and submitted the list of qualified graduates to the School of Graduate Studies, who will update your status to “Approved to Graduate” in the coming weeks. Any changes to your specialization will be made at this time. There is no need to submit an eform or service request.
  • The number of guest tickets available to each student is determined by the number of students that RSVP to the event. The RO office will confirm the number of tickets and send them out to students in early June.
