McMaster Mental Health Services Study
As part of her research for her PhD program in Business Administration at McMaster, Mojan Naisani Samani, is conducting a study on perceptions, attitudes, and knowledge of mental health services at McMaster University.

The questionnaire will take approximately 30 minutes and is completed online at your convenience. Mojan hopes to learn the attitudes, knowledge, perceptions, and experiences students like you have had with mental health at McMaster University, and more generally. Participation in this study will not affect your status or any services you receive here at McMaster University.
You can stop being in the study at any time during the questionnaire or not answer questions but can still participate in the questionnaire. Full details about this study can be found in the Letter of Information.
