There are many places to turn if you feel overwhelmed. Here are a few tips and a list of resources that can help you navigate difficult times:

A few tips if you’re having a difficult time: 

  • Be cautious of alcohol and other substances
  • Connect with someone and ask for help
  • If you are in a crisis, call COAST ( “The Crisis Outreach & Support Team”)

    • Toronto area contact: 416-408-4357or visit Distress Centres of Greater Toronto
    • Call 911 or go to your local hospital emergency department
