Is tension, worry, stress and anxiety causing you havoc? Trouble focusing and concentrating? Mindfulness techniques, including meditation and deep rhythmic breathing are not rocket science but are some of the best lifestyle tools to control your stress. Being mindful doesn’t always come easy, but even if you get a little bit better at it, you aim to benefit in many ways including having a greater sense of calm with clearer thinking and improved memory even when there is a lot on your plate.
