PhD Cluster Etiquette

Please note that the student offices are a scent-free environment and that you are encouraged to use unscented products. We share the air. Let’s work together to limit the use of scented products in your office and when visiting the department office.

Things to consider:

  • When packing food, please be mindful of your fellow students. What may smell appealing to you may be very unappealing to others.
  • Perfume and cologne should be avoided in a cubicle arrangement. Your neighbours may have allergies.
  • Please avoid the application of nail polish in the student offices.
