Photocopying and Printing Instructions

There is a printer/photocopier/scanner in room DSB A210. The copier is accessed by entering a 5-digit access code on the pin pad and pressing the ‘ID’ button. Your unique 5-digit access code is printed on your access card.

The use of the photocopier is a privilege that we offer to PhD students as a matter of convenience. Anyone misusing this privilege will lose access.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your access code remains confidential. Do not give your code to anyone for any reason! If you suspect that someone else is accessing your account, please see the Program Administrator to have your code reset.

Please be conscientious when making paper copies. We expect that students will select two-sided printing whenever possible in order to save on paper. Each student’s printing habits are monitored and you may be asked about your printing habits if we notice a pattern of high printing volumes.

Thank you for your cooperation.
