Student Open Circles: Habits for Mindful Living

| December 6, 2022
Submitted by Yashasvi Yadav for Student Open Circles

Wednesday, January 4 | 4-6 p.m.| Online

Our habits are the building blocks of our lives. In this workshop, join us to reflect on and set intentions around your values and goals, and to think about new habits you might wish to build in 2023. What do you want to bring into the new year? What would you like to let go of? Also explore how self-compassion can sometimes be a more effective motivator than discipline when it comes to staying (or getting back) on track with new habits.
