S:\HA<KS is Scotiabank’s first student hackathon! Established in 2018, Scotiabank aims to bring together the best and brightest students to solve a major problem the Bank is currently facing. Curiosity, collaboration, and creativity are the core of S:\HA<KS!

What you need to know:

  • Application deadline: Monday, August 16
  • In your application, apply with a team of up to 4 and showcase your amazing skills or apply alone and Scotiabank will group you with other like-minded awesome individuals
  • Who can join?
    • Makers, creators, developers, technology lovers, innovators, and hackathon newbies from all educational backgrounds
    • Must be an undergraduate student graduating in 2023, 2024, or 2025
  • Event dates: September 10-12
