Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Lights

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) lights can help improve mood, boost concentration and ease symptoms associated with SAD. The Specialized Grad Programs office has access to 2 SAD lights that you are able to rent. Please visit DSB 104 (Grad Office) to pick up the SAD light for your 90-minute rental. Note that health professionals recommend SAD light exposure of less than 2 hours a day.
