The Student Experience Team is working hard to support you during this time of change. Check these platforms regularly to stay connected and informed:

Email: Your McMaster email is the primary way Student Experience, DeGroote and McMaster will share important information with you. Remember to use your McMaster email (and include your student number) when communicating with the Student Experience Team so that we can quickly identify you as a student. Helpful tip: forward your McMaster emails to another accessible account if you’re outside of Canada and unable to access your McMaster account.

Avenue to Learn: You already receive updates from McMaster in Avenue to Learn and now we have created a dedicated DeGroote shell where you can find faculty-specific announcements, too!

Discord: We have created an online community that acts like a virtual DeGroote building where people can come together. Like the physical building, it’s where people can find each other, have discussions, get help, and even socialize. Here’s how to join the community on Discord.

DSB Family video series: Our faculty, staff, and community members have a lot to say to students. We are proud of you. We know how challenging these past few weeks have been. DeGroote is for here for you. Click here to see the first compilation video. Visit our YouTube channel to see the full playlist. Watch our social media channels for more videos in the days ahead.

As always you can connect with the Student Experience Team by:
