As part of her PhD program in Business Administration at McMaster, and under the supervision of Dr. Rick Hackett, Mojan Naisani Samani is conducting a study about student attitudes, subjective norms, and control factors with regards to mental health services and service utilization. The study has been reviewed and cleared by the McMaster Research Ethics Board.

As part of the study, you’re invited to answer a questionnaire that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete online. With questionnaire responses, Mojan hopes to learn the attitudes, subjective norms and control factors that impact intention to seek mental health help. Participants will receive a $5 Starbucks Gift Card for compensation.

For more information about the study, read the brief description and/or contact Mojan via phone 905-525-9140 Ext: 26360 or email naisanim@mcmaster.ca.

You can stop participating in the study at any time during the questionnaire or not answer questions while still participating. Visit surveys.mcmaster.ca/limesurvey to access the online survey.
