The Role of Theatre Arts in Healthcare

Through theatre and play, we can humanize healthcare education and its processes in order to improve treatment and recovery. Hartley Jafine, instructor in the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) and Arts & Science programs at McMaster University, will explore the role of theatre arts to better understand the patient’s perspective.


Where: McMaster University, 1200 Main St W, MDCL 2232, Hamilton
When: September 13, (12 Р1:30  p.m.)
Cost: $10 (students attend for free)

This event is part of the HLA’s Collaboratorium Talks. These events are held across Hamilton and Burlington, with an aim to spark conversations around health and leadership in the community.
