Ukraine Conflict – Resources and Supports for Students

We know the situation in Ukraine and global events are upsetting for many members of our community. If you need to talk or are looking for support, please don’t hesitate to reach out for help.

  • Urgent counselling appointments are available at the Student Wellness Centre (PGCLL Level 2; 905-525-9140 x27700)
  • Good2Talk  offers free, confidential support to post-secondary students in Ontario. Available 24/7 by calling 1-866-925-5454, or through their website: good2talk.ca
  • McMaster Ukrainian Students Association (MUSA) has useful information and resources on their social media accounts. Follow them on Instagram or on Facebook to stay up to date on any future events, rallies and fundraising efforts.
