Felipe Senisterra specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of investment-grade commercial real estate assets and portfolios with Colliers International. Throughout his career, Felipe has delivered best in class results on behalf of his clients, both at a local and national level. Felipe’s relationship focused approach has allowed him to consult numerous high profile clients, leading to industry wide recognition, including a nomination for NAIOP’s Deal of the Year in 2017 as well as an Annual International Rising Star Award within the commercial real estate industry. An approach rooted in longstanding relationships, built on mutual respect with stakeholders and exceptional execution has led to Felipe’s sustained success. Felipe holds an MBA degree from the DeGroote School of Business, with a double-major in Finance and Valuation.

On Thursday, June 11, Felipe Senisterra (MBA ’13) will lead a webinar on the commercial real estate industry. This session will cover the status and drivers of the sector in 2020 and an outlook on what’s to come. A discussion will follow on the various roles and skill-sets within the field, as well as the value of an undergraduate and/or graduate business acumen to the profession.
