Weekly Reflection Circles

Reflection Circles are a safe space for connecting with your self and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. Try out a circle any week with no sign-up required!

Weekly Reflection Circles include:

  • Meditation Circle
    Mondays from 3:30 – 4:20 pm, beginning January 13.
    Location: Student Wellness Centre Lounge Meeting Room in PGCLL 201.

  • Body, Mind, Spirit Circle: Exploring Integrated Living
    Wednesdays from 3:30 – 4:20 pm, beginning January 8.
    Location: MUSC 203.

  • Creativity Circle: A supportive space for sparking the flame of your creative fire
    Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:20 pm, beginning January 9.
    Location: MUSC 206 (Meeting room changes: Jan. 16 in MUSC 220; Jan. 23, 30 and Feb. 6 in MUSC 230; Feb. 13 and Mar. 26 in MUSC 203).
