Renew, Reconnect, Reflect:
Friday, January 13, 6:00 p.m. – Sunday, January 15, 5:30 p.m.

Each of us has an inner compass pointing toward what makes us feel most alive. However, amidst the chaos of life, we often need to re-orient ourselves—to figure out both where we are now and where our compass is pointing to. Listen for your authentic self at a weekend retreat full of opportunities to connect to your inner light and true desires.

Engage in contemplation and community through hiking, reflective exercises, creative arts, and meditation. Connect with others by sharing your story and listening deeply to theirs. Take this chance to ask questions about your inner self and listen for meaningful answers.

This retreat serves as a quiet space to re-center, recharge, and reflect together on our growth as we step away from the distractions of work and study to fully connect with each other and ourselves in a safe, respectful environment. We’ll create a community of engagement and intentionality while putting away our phones and connecting in person.

The weekend will focus on renewing our connections to ourselves and others, through group activities, guided reflection, collaborative activities, creative expression, outdoor activities, silent time, mindfulness practice, as well as social time. Regardless of your personal intentions, this retreat is an opportunity to take some time to pause and reflect on your growth.

This retreat is thoughtfully crafted to restore you, not exhaust you.
