Bharat joined the DeGroote PhD program in September 2016. His primary research interests are in marketing, particularly related to multi-channel customer management, marketing strategy, and retailing.
Bharat is a seasoned marketer with two decades of senior managerial experience in channel and customer management, marketing strategy and retail management. He worked for CIBC and Oracle in Canada, for Mexx, Next and BAT in Dubai, Bata in India, Royal Sporting House in Singapore; and most recently in strategic policy with the provincial Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
