EY Toronto: Banking Technology Fall Recruitment Event for New Grads

*The EY team is targeting students that can start full-time in September 2024 and January 2025.

On Tuesday, September 26, we are hosting a large group of 2023/24 graduates that are interested in learning more about Banking Technology and Technology Consulting at Ernst & Young LLP. These events will be held in-person EY Toronto’s office, and will be on an invitation-only basis.

We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. Our team works to build a better world by transforming businesses through the potential of our people, technology, and innovation. Emerging technologies are transforming all lines of business and requires our customers to embrace these new technological capabilities and see them as new competitive advantages.

We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in financial institutions of all sizes and scales, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of their business. Each project is different, so you’ll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We’ll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. On this team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to imagine the future as well as create it, where you can craft ideas and implement them for our clients.

As a consultant, you will be part of the team that will advise clients with client information, data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations and major digital implementations. You will work on client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development.
