F.O.C.U.S Week: Committing to what you need

| September 24, 2020
Submitted by Hardil Bhatt for Student Open Circles

How do I know what I need and follow through on this commitment?

What habits do I want for the next month and how can I stick to them?

How can I set boundaries with friends and family based on what I need?

What routines help me in stay anchored in what I really want and take care of myself when school gets busy?

Join Open Circle to explore the Personal Daily Rhythm that works for you as assignments and midterms begin to appear on the horizon. Discuss ideas for being productive and making habits stick, try mindfulness practices, and reflect on these questions. Learn from each other in a judgement-free atmosphere of respect with no pressure to share. Drop-in with no registration required.
