Alumni Coffee Break – Stephanie Holko of ArcelorMittal Dofasco

Stephanie Holko is Digital Transformation Project Manager for ArcelorMittal Dofasco, with a passion for heavy industry and how emerging tech can have a huge impact. She leads a collaborative project with leading technology companies to reimagine how steel is made.

Stephanie is a Professional Engineer with an MBA specializing in Management of Innovation and New Technology from the DeGroote School of Business (’09). In 2019 she completed a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from McMaster Continuing Education.

Stephanie has experience with IRL project and portfolio management, as well as virtual project management. She will share best practices and tips for managing projects virtually, with an emphasis on teams transitioning from in-person to online.
