Join Rick Simm, MBA’16 and Head of Sales Force Analytics & Optimization, Personal & Business Banking Canada, at the BMO Financial Group for a virtual chat.

Rick will share some background on his career journey, including Pride, and how it contributes to the culture in large organizations like BMO Financial Group.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Theatre, Rick worked for several years in the entertainment industry. In 2014, Rick joined BMO Financial Group where he has held progressive roles in the Analytics space over the past 6 years. Rick lives in Toronto with his partner and two dogs, and always welcomes an opportunity to connect with students at DeGroote.
