Join us for a virtual coffee chat with Lexi Hambides, HR Director at Woodbridge. Lexi has over 15 years of Human Resources experience with organizations such as Becton Dickinson, High Liner Foods Inc and Kia Canada, coupled with over eight years of experience in Marketing.

She leverages this unique combination of HR experience and business acumen to develop and deliver HR strategies that align with corporate objectives and are designed to directly impact engagement, performance and financial results. Lexi has also led, coached and mentored high-performing teams to drive results, while ensuring high employee engagement. She is a collaborative advisor who understands the value of HR as a strategic business partner.

Lexi obtained her Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and her Masters in Human Resource Management from York University.
