Apply to Become a DeGroote Ambassador

| September 9, 2020
Submitted by Sarah Rotella for DeGroote Ambassador Program

The DeGroote Ambassador Program is a growing initiative that connects current students at the DeGroote School of Business to prospective students throughout their university decision-making process.

The program consists of a group of volunteers who represent DeGroote at recruitment events and activities on and off campus throughout the year. (Please note: all events will take place online until further notice). The ambassador team of student recruiters will work with Lead Ambassadors and Victoria Doidge, Recruitment and Admissions Officer for the DeGroote School of Business.

Events that have occurred in the past include May@Mac, Fall Preview, OUF, Day in the Life, and DECA. Other activities include high school info sessions, one-on-one chats with students, and reviewing Supplementary Applications. If you are interested in contributing to the future of McMaster and want to share your DeGroote pride, this is a great opportunity for you!

Ambassador involvement can be as much or as little as preferred. It is expected that each Ambassador attends mandatory training in advance of each event they are involved in, beginning in October 2020.

How to apply:

Apply by Sunday, October 4 at  11:59 p.m. (EST)
