Canadian Council of Public-Private Partnerships: P3 Student Conference

What is the P3 Conference Student Program?

  • Each year, The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) awards up to 12 talented post-secondary students from across Canada the opportunity to attend its Annual Conference in Toronto, taking place this year from November 12-15, 2023.

What does this mean for students?

  • Student delegates participate in a special pre-conference orientation session and attend keynote speeches and provocative panel discussions on challenges and opportunities in the P3 sector from notable leaders.

Who’s eligible?

  • Graduate students and upper-year undergraduate university students who are studying in a relevant field (e.g., finance, engineering, business, law, public administration, political science, economics, planning, and construction management) are all eligible to apply.

All you need to do is answer 3 questions on the attached form and submit your application by Friday, September 15 to partners@pppcouncil.ca. Successful candidates will be notified via email by October 13.

Successful students will receive the below:

  • A complimentary ticket (worth $3,100) to the annual conference
  • 2 days of sessions, keynotes & networking
  • All on-site meals, snacks and beverages
  • Access to discounted flights, courtesy of Air Canada, hotel reservations at the conference hotel while inventory lasts
  • Access to First Night and Closing receptions & Young Leaders in Infrastructure (YLI) after-party
  • Special Next Generation Talent workshop on Sunday November 12
  • Access to the International Day program & project site tours on Wednesday November 15
  • Reserved head table seat at a conference luncheon
