Chick-Fil-A is looking for leaders who are ready to take the next step in launching their careers and are excited about their development. Candidates should have a strong academic background with a proven track record of quality business contributions and some leadership experience. The Leadership Development Program is designed to be challenging with purposeful work specifically tailored to cultivating leaders.
