Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program’s purpose is to accelerate growth in talented, driven leaders through dynamic business experiences. Throughout what is typically a 30-to-36-month period, program Participants will serve in primarily two key business roles critical to the opening and operations of restaurants: Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager.
