CIBC: Black Talent Networking Event (GLDP & TLAP)

The Graduate Leadership Development Program offers both a 2-year rotational program where associates will have the opportunity to work in four 6-month rotations across the bank, as well as a Summer Associate Program where Associates will explore functional areas of the bank through a 4-month internship.

The Technology Leadership Advancement Program offers a 2-year rotational program where associates will have the opportunity to work in three 8-month rotations with various technology groups at CIBC, as well as a Summer Associate Program where Associates will work within the technology sector of the bank for a 4-month internship.

CIBC is hosting an in-person event at CIBC Square for MBA/Masters students and new graduates (graduated no earlier than 2022) who identify as members of the Black community. During this event you will hear from and have the opportunity to network with our Black identifying leaders and colleagues, members of GLDP and TLAP as well as Talent Acquisition Partners from Career Programs and various other lines of businesses such as: Technology, Commercial Banking, People, Culture & Brand, Finance, Capital Markets and Personal & Business Banking.

  • Tuesday July 25
  • Time: 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST
  • Location: CIBC Square (In-person)
  • If selected, you will receive an invite to the event with the email you have provided. All attendees must receive a formal invite via email from CIBC’s Campus & Careers Team.
  • Event sign-ups will close on July 18

Make sure you register soon as spots are limited and selections are made on a first come first serve basis! Allies of the black community are also welcome to attend!
