Join the Career Programs at CIBC to learn about the CPA Pre-Approved Program, designed to give New Graduates valuable exposure to Internal Audit and different areas of Finance as they work towards their CPA designation.

The CPA Pre-Approved Program is a 3-year rotational program that gives Associates the opportunity to work in three 12-month rotations as a Financial Analyst. The first two rotations will be in Internal Audit and Financial Shared Services, and the final rotation is open across the bank depending on each Associate’s preferred area of focus. All placements are approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) and are designed to meet the CPA Competency requirements.

CIBC will be hosting an in-person event at CIBC Square for students set to graduate in Spring 2024 who are interested in learning more about the CPA Pre-Approved Program. During this event, you will hear from and have the opportunity to network with our Program Leaders, current Associates, and Recruitment Team.
