COVID-19: Screening and isolation requirements

| October 5, 2022
Submitted by Karina Almeida for Student Experience - Academic

All members of the McMaster community are required to complete the Ontario provincial self-assessment screening tool if they or someone they live with has symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19.

The provincial assessment tool can be accessed at ontario.ca/self-assessment. Individuals must follow the appropriate directions provided at the completion of the tool.

If your screening results recommend that you isolate and not come to campus, you are encouraged to review our missed coursework policy.

McMaster’s guidelines for reporting and isolation can be found at covid19.mcmaster.ca/campus-health-safety/testing-and-reporting.

Questions? Email the Student Experience – Academic team at buscom@mcmaster.ca and include your full name and student ID number.
