Exchange Application Support

Exchange Application Support:

The Student Success Centre (McMaster Exchange Program) will be providing various drop-in events to support students as you complete your exchange application by the deadline of Saturday, January 20.

All non-academic questions regarding the exchange application can be addressed by making a 1:1 appointment with the Student Success Centre on OSCARplus, or in-person at MUSC (McMaster University Student Centre) B118 during the following times:

  • Mondays 1:30-4:00 p.m. (Jenna or Mitchell)
  • Tuesdays 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Mitchell)
  • Thursdays 1:30-4:00 p.m. (Jenna)
  • Fridays 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Mitchell)

Final Boarding Call Social Event:

The McMaster Exchange Program will be hosting 3 upcoming socials before the main exchange program deadline of Saturday, January 20.  Students who have recently returned from exchange will be available to answer your questions, in addition to recently arrived visiting exchange students. These events are optional but highly recommended to all prospective exchange applicants.

Session 1 (France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain):

  • Thursday, January 11
  • Time: 4:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Location: MUSC B118 Lounge

Session 2 (Ireland, England, Scotland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway):

  • Monday, January 15
  • Time: 4:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Location: MUSC B118 Lounge

Session 3 (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China):

  • Wednesday, January 17
  • Time: 4:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Location: MUSC B118 Lounge

Academic Advisors will be in attendance to answer academic questions. If you are not able to attend, please email your academic questions to buscom@mcmaster.ca before the application deadline.
